Where they saw Jesus
Project Emmaus is the film showing ministry that we have started in 2011, after long prayer of faithful saints. People are interested in different types of presentation according to country and culture. So is Nepali people interested in looking films.
All the equipments in the film projects are donated by faithful disciples who wants to see people get saved who can't themselves go. You want to do God's work but can't leave home because of your job? You want to join but you can't because you have limited fund? You can be a part of this film showing program by prayer and by sending your precious financial seed.
Project Emmaus is run by three member team and some helper. They go from village to village any where in Nepal. Some time, these places are high in the mountain where carrying equipments are not so easy and some time in the plains of south. Carrying heavy loads power generator, wires, amplyfiers and mixtures, sound box and others are not easy to carry. These staffs are not paid. They go because they love the people. Still above 90 % people in Nepal are without gospel or they have never had heard the message of Jesus.
Some time telling people about Jesus or handing out tracts is not enough. Two hours films touches their hearts and breaks their misunderstanding. We want you to be a part of this film team. What happened in Emmaus?Emmaus is the place where their eyes were open to see the risen savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. Through our Jesus Film Ministry many eyes have been open and they have seen the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal lord and savior. Every time we saw Jesus Film, we pray to Jesus that their eyes would be open.
How is this ministry run?
Project Emmaus Jesus film ministry is run through the generous financial contribution of friend around Nepal and abroad who wants to see many people accept Jesus through the mediums of film. Film Project ministry is headed by three staff, Director, Coordinator and Technician. This ministry is fully functionable and effective when people donates fund for food, travel expense to the film team.
Why you should help this ministry?
Staff in film showing team are not paid. They work volunteerily. They go to village and your 1 dollar help would help them purchase breakfast. With 3 dollar they can purchase lunch. We should honor those guys who work day and night without getting any money paid. When you help financially, they are happy to take the film to new areas where there have not been heard the name of Christ before.
